lndusparquet 3/8", 1/2” and 5/8” engineered floors feature a cross-grain, multi-ply construction. They are warranted for 25 years from the date of purchase in residential applications and 5 years in light commercial applications. This warranty covers product not to wear-through, separate or delaminate when installed according to Indusparquet instructions and maintained within normal relative humidity ranges of 35% to 55%.

The factory applied UV cured lnduro aluminum oxide surface on lndusparquet engineered floors and the product is warranted not to wear through or separate from the flooring for 25 years from the date of purchase in residential applications and 5 years in light commercial applications. The hardwood flooring must be used under normal residential or light commercial traffic conditions, and all care and maintenance instructions must be followed for the warranty to be valid.
